Before you fill this in
The three fields that most affect quote quality are target specification, first-order quantity, and required in-store date. If you only have two of the three, send it anyway — we would rather start the conversation than wait for a perfect brief. If your program has compliance requirements (CPSIA, Proposition 65, potable water contact), flag them in the form. Raising them now is considerably cheaper than raising them after tooling.
