Standard MOQ is 3,000 units per SKU, with flexible terms from 1,000–2,000 units available for trial orders. Programs built on existing tooling reach the lower end more easily, since no mold investment is required. Where a program needs custom extrusion tooling or a dedicated coupling design, the tooling cost applies regardless of run size, so we confirm the practical minimum for your specific specification at quotation.
It depends on the tier you are positioning. Mainstream retail programs typically sit at 300 PSI burst rating, professional and premium residential lines at 450–500 PSI, and soaker or low-pressure irrigation hoses under 50 PSI. Higher burst ratings generally require heavier wall construction and metal couplings, which raises both cost and shipping weight — so specifying above your actual need is a common and avoidable expense.
Yes. Length, diameter, wall construction, coupling material and thread standard, color and packaging are specified per program. Surface-level customization on existing tooling is the fastest and least expensive route to a differentiated product. Structural changes to the extrusion profile or coupling geometry require tooling, and we identify which category your request falls into during quotation rather than after.
Samples are free, with the buyer covering DHL freight, and typically arrive at US addresses within 3–5 business days once the sample specification is confirmed. Samples pulled from existing production move fastest. Requests involving custom colors, lengths or coupling combinations take longer, and we confirm that timeline in writing at the quotation stage.
